Jim Shepard

Jimmy Shepard started in the horticulture industry in 1954 with his parents roadside market and garden center in Menlo Park, NJ.  With the exception of 2 years with Uncle Sam including a tour in Vietnam, Jimmy has dedicated his entire life to the plant industry.  He has managed fine garden centers, landscaped, and done greenhouse growing.  Twenty plus years ago Jimmy began his sales representation business.  Jimmy works closely with the  Raymond Perri Company as well as independently with other tree and shrub growers.  Jimmy understands the value of customer service and works closely with them as well as the grower to help all succeed.  Jimmy is active in the NJNLA and has a strong passion for plants and garden railroading.  Jimmy has been married for 45 years and has two daughters and four precious grandchildren.
